American Institute of Massage Therapy. Liana is also a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, specializing in perinatal personal training through the

Liana graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors degree in 2006, received her Certification for Personal Training from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
in 2011, and has her perinatal personal training certification through Belly-n-Kicks®. Liana also teaching personal training at the Midlands Tech College via W.I.T.S. and is currently working on her
CSPS- Certified Special Population Specialist from the NSCA.
Liana's forte includes private or semi private personal training sessions to help clientele feel their best and reach their goals. Exercise Programs include weight loss or weight gain, aerobic
conditioning, cardio kickboxing, strength/resistance training, flexibility (Yoga/Pilates), abdominal (core), suspension training, and special perinatal exercises.
